Core Industrial B.V. cares about your privacy. We therefore process only the data we need for (improving) our services and handle with care the information we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided through it by Core Industrial B.V. The effective date of these terms is 31/12/2025. Upon publication of a new version, all previous versions become invalid. This privacy policy describes which data about you is collected by us, what this data is used for, and with whom and under what conditions this data may be shared with third parties. We also explain how we store your data, how we protect your data against misuse, and what rights you have with regard to the personal data you provide to us.

About data processing
Below you can read how we process your data, where we store (or have stored) it, which security techniques we use, and who can access the data.
Shipping and logistics
When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to deliver your parcel to you. We use the services of DHL to carry out deliveries. For this purpose, it is necessary for us to share your name, address and place of residence with DHL. DHL uses this data only for the performance of the agreement. If DHL engages subcontractors, DHL will also make your data available to these parties. When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to deliver your parcel to you. We use the services of UPS to carry out deliveries. For this purpose, it is necessary for us to share your name, address and place of residence with UPS. UPS uses this data only for the performance of the agreement. If UPS engages subcontractors, UPS will also make your data available to these parties.
Invoicing and accounting
To maintain our administration and accounting, we use the services of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. We share your name, address and place of residence and details relating to your order. This data is used for administering sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored securely. Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is obliged to maintain confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. Microsoft Dynamics Business Central does not use your personal data for any purposes other than those described above.
Purpose of data processing
General purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later time for a purpose other than at your request, we will explicitly ask for your consent. Your data is not shared with third parties except to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality under the agreement between them and us, or by an oath or statutory obligation.
Automatically collected data
Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed for the purpose of further improving our services. This data (for example your IP address, web browser and operating system) is not personal data.
Cooperation with tax and criminal investigations
In certain cases, Core Industrial B.V. may be legally required to share your data in connection with tax or criminal investigations by government authorities. In such a case, we are compelled to share your data, but we will oppose this within the limits permitted by law.
Retention periods
We retain your data for as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you inform us of this, we will also treat it as a request for erasure. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must retain invoices containing your (personal) data; we will therefore keep this data for as long as the applicable retention period applies. However, employees will no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have created in connection with your assignment.
Your rights
Under applicable Dutch and European legislation, you as a data subject have certain rights with regard to the personal data that are processed by or on behalf of us. Below we explain what these rights are and how you can exercise them. In principle, to prevent misuse, we will only send copies and extracts of your data to the email address already known to us. If you wish to receive the data at a different email address or, for example, by post, we will ask you to identify yourself. We keep records of processed requests; in the case of a request for erasure (“right to be forgotten”), we record anonymized data. All copies and extracts of data are provided in the machine-readable data format used within our systems. You always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you believe that we are using your personal data incorrectly.
Right of access
You always have the right to access the data we process (or have processed) that relates to you or can be traced back to you. You can submit such a request to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send a copy of all data to the email address known to us, along with an overview of the processors who have access to the data, stating the category under which we have stored this data.
Right to rectification
You always have the right to have the data we process (or have processed) that relates to you or can be traced back to you corrected. You can submit such a request to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send confirmation to the email address known to us that the data has been corrected.
Right to restriction of processing
You always have the right to restrict the processing of the data we process (or have processed) that relates to you or can be traced back to you. You can submit such a request to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send confirmation to the email address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.
Right to object
In certain cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Core Industrial B.V. If you object, we will immediately cease processing pending the handling of your objection. If your objection is justified, we will make extracts and/or copies of the data we process (or have processed) available to you and will then permanently stop processing. You also have the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not process your data in such a way that this right applies. Changes to our privacy policy
We reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any time. However, you will always find the most recent version on this page. If the new privacy policy affects the way we process data already collected about you, we will notify you by email.
